Soap Can Cause Harm to Your Skin

Before purchasing any body soap you need to be aware of your skin type. In the market you can get homemade soaps cleansers-cause-itchiness-1or herbal soaps or commercial soaps, but the commercial soap mostly contains damaging chemicals. Natural soaps are the perfect choice for avoiding chemical side affects. Natural soaps are also prevalent in aromatherapy, but make sure you checked the ingredients of natural soap, sometimes it can contain ingredients that are not suitable or you are allergic to it.

• People having oily skin face problems because of excess oil. Soaps are identified to be less harmful to oily skin in comparison with dry skin. Special cleaning soap or some antibacterial soap has been found to be quite beneficial for oily skin. Soaps containing tree oil or thyme or lavender or chamomile can help your oily skin.

• Soaps that are not made for your skin type can be harmful.

• You need to keep your distance from soaps containing high acid content /pH etc.

Sore Throat

Usually sore throat occurs because of cold or cough, when we feel swelling or irritation into our throat. But some other causes are- excessive smoking, tonsillitis, measles, sinusitis, excessive loud voice etc. There are several easy remedies available that can give you great results.

* Prepare a mixture of cayenne (1/8 tsp), along with honey (1 tbsp) & a few garlic cloves. Mix well & then ingest it for some useful cures.

* Use almost 25 gm of fresh saga for preparing tea & pour cayenne (1/2 tsp). Filter it & drink the tea twice regularly.

* In a glass of water add a few whole basil leaves. Now boil it thoroughly. Use the water for gargling (4-5 times a day).
