It’s important to always touch your face gently – never rub your eyes hard, and apply skin care products on yourself the way you would apply them on a baby. We can sometimes forget that our skin, particularly our face, is delicate. Pulling, tugging, and scrubbing the skin will only wear it out faster. To properly take care of our skin, we need to address all of its layers. Many people use several different products from several different companies all at once.
Skin care lines create their products to work together synergistically. This means that each product builds off another to ensure proper acidity is restored to the skin.Remember the acid mantle that sits on the surface of your skin? It turns out that thin layer of sweat and oil is actually very important to the way your skin feels and looks! When you use products from several different companies, your skin is left out of balance. Oily people tend to have skin that is less acidic, even basic, which is why they’re so prone to blemishes. Their skin isn’t able to properly protect itself from bacteria. Dry skin people tend to have very acidic skin.

Normally there are two types of diabetic disease. Type I (Juvenile diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes): The reason for type I diabetes is due to pancreas unability to produce insulin. This type of diabetes is usually starts in childhood (childhood diabetes) or adolescence.
Causes of Type 1 Diabetes
The exact cause of Type 1 diabetes is unknown. However, it is known that in majority of Type 1 diabetes cases, the body’s own immune system attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. Once these cells are destroyed, they cannot make insulin again. So people with Type 1 diabetes need to inject insulin.
The cause of autoimmune system not working properly in such cases is still a subject of research.
Risk Factors That May Cause Type 1 Diabetes
No one knows for certain why this happens, the following are possible risk factors for Type 1 diabetes.
1. Genetics
2. Some viruses like mumps, coxsackie virus, or cytomegalovirus.
3. It has also been observed in some babies who develop jaundice or a respiratory infection just after the birth.
4. Early feeding of cow’s milk to the child has been linked to an increased risk of type 1 diabetes.
Causes of Type 2 Diabetes
Diabetes Type 2 (non insulin dependent diabetes or adult onset diabetes): Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (Type II) is a result of body tissues becoming resistant to insulin. It generally happens to people above 40 years of age and is usually hereditary.

In the past 70 years, at least 35 cures for cancer have been discovered. You will find information on all of these in Chapters 2 and 3. Would it surprise you to know that every one of these 35 is currently on the “Unproven Remedies” list maintained by the American Cancer Society (ACS)? Doesn’t it seem logical that at least one of these would have been thoroughly researched and investigated and found to have some use for at least some cancer sufferers? Isn’t it mind-boggling that every single one is still labeled “unproven, “ in spite of the lapse of decades since their discovery? But it’s worse. Not only has our cancer “system” failed to prove and endorse these cures, the discoverers (most of them reputable M.D.s and researchers) have been hounded with lawsuits, license suspension and even jail sentences for treating cancer patients. What do these cures have in common? Only one thing. None of them can be patented and sold through the “standard” distribution system monitored by our Food and Drug Administration (FDA). And yet, the U.S. alone has spent thousands of man-years and over fifty billion dollars on cancer research just since the “War on Cancer” began in 1974.
What’s going on here?

Do you believe you have to co-doctor with your physician? So do I. Look at this as a “How To” book on co-doctoring. First, you must understand the causes of cancer. Then, you can intelligently evaluate treatment options. Sensible cancer treatment involves treating the causes, not just the symptoms. But you can’t do this on your own. To treat cancer, you must be tested often to tell if the treatment is working. “Do it yourself” and you are almost certainly going to die of your cancer. Learn to co-doctor and you have a good chance to regain complete health. In other words, if you think your oncologist (cancer doctor) has all the answers, then you are wasting your time reading this book.
